Cataracts 03:19
Do my eyes deceive me? I hope they don’t… If they’re correct then you’re the woman that I dreamt of most You’ll always believe me, you never won’t You’re gonna see through to me; be as clear as the coast Chorus Yeah honey that’s right, as a matter of fact I’d like to invite you ride in my Cadillac You’re simply so outta sight like cataracts Just like your flat-screen TV, under your control You’re my type, you’re comic sans any underline or bold Hope you never leave me, eyes are on patrol Cuz to have someone like you, I’ll never be too old Chorus BASS SOLO And now that I found you I gotta make up for lost time Need a compact cuz we made contact so late You’re so outta sight, you’re gonna drive me outta my mind But I don’t mind, keep on drivin’ don’t hesitate Yeah honey, that’s right… as a matter of fact I’d like to invite you ride in my gold Cadillac You’re so out of sight like cataracts Chorus

Pulsating: the heart of a song Serrating through the veins of a melody Menstruating: the flow depends on the timing Head-ripping like smoke from a bong I’m tripping through a mix of hazy memories It’s gripping, the pound that’s crystal clear as diamond Chorus It can make hands clap It can stomp some feet It’s the sound that can’t be beat… That’s the sound of a drum Intensify any scene with a bass kick Emulsify: beat that beat to a pulp Of course if I did that it’d be kinda redundant Lemony: sound is anything but basic Remedy: a universal curing help Seventy-million noises to make, so abundant Chorus BREAK/SOLO Chorus Heart throbbin’, make ya feel it within ya You’re bobbin’, can’t help but groove to it Your noggin will be rockin’ on and on like a bobblehead Chorus/Chorus

Apples 02:55
Italian-Armenian masterpiece Quarter European little bastard teased For having curly hair being a basket case Acts like silverware on a plastic plate Chorus He’s just trying to be different He’s just trying to be who no one else wants to be He’s trying to escape the apples And be the apple that fell furthest from the tree Over-privileged sniveling artist, wipe That faux frown from your sad songwriter archetype Your humility is anything but modest like Lobster sold two times its market price Your hands are tied in this damn van of ancestry There’s no chance you can avoid your calamity You’re bound to end up like the rest of your family Either regretful and alone or thin and frail just like Grammy Chorus Grew up annoying his sister Made jokes and pulled pranks just for Kicks, began shopping at thrift stores For flowery blazers so he stood out a bit more Chorus/Chorus

Flying through the sky of darkness A paintbrush was dipped in white And flicked on the canvas of the night Spotting roadkill and rotten carcasses On the side of dirt paths Searching for a limping lamb or a hurt calf Cuz all I really need to survive is some All I really need to thrive is a… Taste of sweet, sweet blood Got pupils with pitch perfect vision I’m never gonna miss the fresh Scent of aromatic blood red flesh Sharpened incisors will make the incisions That’ll help me taste the Splenda Drenched in sanguinary splendor Cuz all I really need to survive is some All I really need to thrive is a… Taste of sweet, sweet blood Sweet, sweet blood I’m a ravenous savage, don’t get on my bad side I know you’re filled with fuel, you got a lot to give I might wanna snatch it, let’s put that aside Don’t worry, be cool, O just B positive Cuz I’m only attempting to live on I’m a warm-bodied renegade At one with the midnight serenade A raw meat, animalized savant In order to continue life, breathe and sweat That sweet crimson drink is what I gotta get Cuz all I really need to survive is some All I really need to thrive is a taste, Just a sip… a chug, a glug of sweet, sweet blood

My thespian friends understand me Better than 90% of my family I can strut in what I want I’m an artsy scarf savant ‘Round them I’m allowed to be anything but manly Chorus I’m gonna be like this ‘til I’m 85 For as long as I’m alive I’m gonna be like this ‘til I’m 85 ‘Til I’m 85 Gonna live to be as old as my grandfather Gonna live loose and fast so why even bother Planning the ins and outs? I’m driving lively routes Dodging all the bad like I am Frogger Chorus/Chorus SOLO Old age won’t get rid of my inner youth Start looking a kid again, losing tooth after tooth But will I still have my mind? Course I will until I die And I’m telling you all nothing but the truth Let me go for 65 more years and I’ll be living proof Chorus/Chorus

Movin’ up in the world Movin’ out of my dad’s house Haven’t learned what I needed Which I’m still kinda mad about Still chasing girls so far out of my league They’re a nation Making my own way thanks to public education Now let’s look: I don’t know how to balance a checkbook Can’t seem to figure out how to French cook Good thing I carried ‘round a textbook… For four years like a damn pack-mule The crap I learned back in high school Oh I’m sure it’s really gonna help Even though I was probably better off teaching myself Fought through my classes They tested certain skills Wished they has assessed A way to pay the bills Thanks to AP Chem I can use a Bunsen Burner But if I don’t wanna science degree Could I have at least learned a- ‘Bout something That’ll help me succeed in the long run Cuz I’m still under the assumption That I’ll need to know what ln, log10 and e mean just to function That’s irrational for us to think or do The crap I learned back in high school Oh I’m sure it’s really gonna help Even though I was probably better off teaching myself SOLO Want me to run a mile in under 6 minutes? Or find the pH of a substance by testing its litmus? I’ll write a 3-page thesis on who the hell Hester Prynne is… But what good would that do me if I’m tryna work for a business And the only thing I’m an expert in is washing dishes? Kids shouldn’t have to graduate feeling diminished Feeling like they didn’t accomplish anything when they finish I’ll tell you what all this is It’s crap I learned in high school Crap I learned in high school Oh I’m sure it’s really gonna help Probably woulda been better off teaching myself It’s crap I learned in high school Crap I learned in high school Oh I’m sure it’s really gonna help Probably woulda been better off teaching myself Teaching myself… teaching myself

Damon whispered to Davy “There’s no one stopping me” They snuck into the museum and he began vandalizing property Damon took his switchblade and etched out some of the names It was his own personal game He scratched away what he wanted so only consonants remained Damon was kinda crazy, he believed he’d live forever He was mad with power as he scratched out 5 distinct letters Davy wouldn’t follow Damon’s tracks, he just stood and ignored Damon ‘til the cops came in the door The boys bolted out the back ‘cept Damon dropped his switchblade on the floor And once the cops took a look around And found the switchblade on the ground At their conclusion Officer Caldwell said… he said “No Arm, No Vowel; check out the Venus De Milo… It says V-N-S-D-M-L. I’ll find those vandals, when I see ‘em, well I’ll make sure they pay, I’ll put an end to No Arm, No Vowel” Meanwhile, on the dark street, Davy and Damon were runnin’ home Down the middle of the road Damon checked to see if anyone was comin’ for ‘em As he turned his head, he tripped and fell on his face He’d stepped on a loose shoelace His eyes panned up to Davy who was now twenty paces away He shouted to Davy “save me, please don’t just leave me here” As Davy turned around, the sound of silence turned to sirens which filled the air He hesitated cuz he saw blue lights bouncing off buildings on street corners Then ran back, grabbed Damon’s forearm Pulled him into an alley, his pits sweat, his face got warmer The boys in blue showed up Which caused the boys to hold up Davy dropped Damon's arm, threw his hands up and said... "I'm not armed!", his towel was thrown onto his fire He tried to quench the flame that he was stuck Tried to fix the game he was outta luck in Saw the officer's devilish scowl... "I wasn't part of No Arm, No Vowel" Damon felt betrayed, he thought he could trust his best friend Davy The feeling of betrayal's always sickening Davy said he'd be there through thick and thin After a brief quiet moment Caldwell lifted the blade up and showed it D-M-N was scrawled on the side, Damon knew the cop was smugly satisfied Damon went to run for the knife Caldwell dropped it and he reached for his gun But right as he got 2 shots off Davy saw his chance and jumped in front The bullets caught Davy in his left and right biceps as he fell to the pavement Damon couldn't believe what he'd just seen He knelt by his friend's body and started to scream: "Why'd you do this? Did you do it for me?" Davy nodded while the cops and Damon remained stunned Then he whispered to Davy in his ear "I owe you one" Davy laughed "No Arms, three vowels"... and then he died

I loved her, she loved my eyes, she saw my soul, kept me alive Then she left, left me behind, left me for another guy Crushed my heart, cold as ice, snow-broth blood, closed my pride Happened once, it happened twice, ten more times, I’m not surprised Chorus After every girl that takes over my head I shake over in bed, I ache over her scent and how She said “I love you so” I can’t get so attached cuz I know it’ll end… and so it goes I was her’s, she was mine, she had soul, I had pine Went together; cheese and wine, then she went and crossed my line She’s an ex, one is fine, twelve however that’s a crime Heart has cost as dozen dimes, I’m losing sense I’m senseless I’m Chorus And so it goooooes, I’m lost, I’m sauced in tattered clothes Torn from nails in bedrooms… I suppose A shot or two will help me to dispose Of the anguish built up in my heart-shaped hole I loved her, she loved my size, she saw my soul and she decided To break us which made me cry, ever since then I realized Chorus
